First, write down the statement that is triggering an emotional response in you: .................


Then, genuinely ask these two questions: 


Question 1): Who is the "I" that ... 

  • Am I a thought?
  • Am I a sensation? 
  • Am I a feeling?
  • Am I the body?

Question 2): Does the above statement affect me? 


Only move to question 2) once you know and feel the inherent peaceful nature of our Self.
