Time is often a limitation when it comes to learning to meditate. Even finding 10 minutes in the morning or in the evening can sometimes be challenging. This 4-min practice is a meditation that you can do anytime, anywhere, and it will always guide you back to the Depths of your Being. The more you do it, the more you will experience the benefits: renewal of the mind and body through deep relaxation; self-understanding that dissolves fears and conflicts; insightful answers to problems; knowing how to best act in accordance with Love & Truth in everyday life, and more.
The course includes a longer version of the 4-min meditation as well, to gradually introduce you to the practice. The course is a great introduction to Non-duality and supports other practices that I have mentioned in other courses and live events, such as knowing when you ask the question 'Who is the 'I' that...?' correctly, and directly experiencing the answers to the question 'What would Love do?' by abiding as Love.
