Unclench your fist, relax your hand.
Today, we explore the illusion of control and the profound Peace that awaits when we surrender to the flow.
Imagine trying to guide the flow of a river by throwing rocks in it. It's exhausting, isn't it? The water always find a way to continue its natural flow. Like that, we often try to control the
world, others, and our own emotions and thoughts. Yet, the river keeps flowing in the direction in which it is meant to go.
So, let's breathe.
Close your eyes, settle into your present moment. Notice the sounds around you, the sensations in your body, the thoughts flitting across your mind. Like clouds in the sky, they appear and fade
in their own time, of their own accord. You are not the weather; you are the vast, open sky that witnesses and contains it all.
Control stems from dissatisfaction.
"This isn't good enough," we whisper, seeking to reshape reality to our desires. But resistance breeds tension. By accepting what is, the paradox occurs: things begin to change organically, like
a flower unfolding in the sun.
Accepting isn't passive resignation.
It's the observer within, watching thoughts and emotions arise and disappear like waves on the ocean. You are the steady Presence behind them, the unchanging ocean beneath the surface, which acts
and speaks out anytime it is called to do so.
In this space, love blossoms.
We embrace what is, not because it aligns with our preferences, but because it simply has already manifested.
Imagine yourself allowing the river, flowing effortlessly with it.
No resistance, no need to change its course. Trust its natural unfolding, for it is guided by a Higher Intelligence.
