- Develop an understanding of kundalini energy and its purpose on the spiritual path;
- Learn to navigate the sometimes overwhelming power of kundalini energy by balancing the elements within the body and consciously slowing down;
- Embrace the Non-dual perspective of life by experientially seeing that everything is unfolding as it should and - as a result - let go of self-judgment and self-blame;
- Cultivate patience, kindness, and forgiveness towards oneself and others on the path by knowing that we are all on a journey of embodying our True Self ever-more deeply.
