Boyan Milouchev studied International Relations at the University of Birmingham and completed a MSc in Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Due to a combination of curiosity around human behaviour and a desire to overcome a sudden shyness, he started exploring neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). A series of insights into learned behaviours and changing habits led him, through meditation and mindfulness, to the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought.
In early 2014, he had a so-called ‘awakening experience’ in which he realised the changeless nature of reality. Several years later, having explored the law of attraction, magick, self-enquiry, a course in miracles, and way of mastery (among others), Boyan came across Rupert Spira and non-duality. After a retreat in 2019, he recognised the non-dual teaching as the end of the spiritual seeking journey, as well as the clearest and most direct of all modalities. As such, he began sharing the understanding.
